Many thanks to Gembrook MP Brad Battin MP and his wife Jo for being part of our special women’s round pink fundraiser for Breast Cancer Network Australia.
Jo tossed the coin before our women’s Vic League 2 clash with Frankston, which ended in an entertaining 2-2 draw, after the Cannons showed plenty of spirit to fight back from 2-0 down. Plenty of fun was had, with our raffle, sausage sizzle and pink cake sales raising vital funds for breast cancer research and prevention. Huge thanks to Vanessa Dillon and Emma Park for their work in organising and running the day.
