Casey is excited to welcome Matt Mullins as our VL1 Men’s head coach!
Matt brings a lifetime of hockey experience across playing, umpiring and coaching. He has played and umpired at State League 1/Premier League level, and continues to compete in Masters hockey, representing Victoria on multiple occasions and most recently Australia at the 2026 Masters World Cup in the Netherlands, where the O50s won silver.
His coaching experience spans over 25+ years across senior men’s and women’s hockey, boys and girls junior indoor and outdoor programs, Regional and State representative teams.
Hockey is very much a family affair for Matt. He and his wife have two children who also love and play the game. When the family isn’t around a hockey pitch, you’ll often find them boating and waterskiing at Lake Eildon.
